Syuritsu Kindergarten
We're located 1.5km east of Tottori Station in a beautiful building constructed in 2020. We have an onsite garden and are situated within walking distance of several parks. We enjoy frequent field trips, pony rides, and a full calendar of events. We are the only kindergarten in Tottori to have a full time native English speaker on staff.

Hours
The main kindergarten hours are from 8:30 to 14:00. Additionally, day care is available between 7:00 and 19:00 including during school holidays.
Monthly events
Field trips (currently twice a month), birthday parties, and book readings by parent volunteers.
Annual Events
Sports day, school play, trips to farms for vegetable and rice planting, Christmas parties, visits from police and fire stations to talk about safety, visits to a pony ranch, and visits from ponies to the kindergarten. Several times a year we invite parents to come and see part of a typical day for themselves.
School Bus
We have two school buses running a total of four doorstep-to-kindergarten routes to and from the kindergarten, though this might not be available at all locations in the city.
English Support
While we are not an international kindergarten, there is daily exposure to English from a native speaker English teacher. The native speaker and bilingual vice-principal are able to answer any questions parents might have.

Classes
We have four classes for ages two to five. The school year starts in April in Japan. As such the classes are arranged as follows.
